1. Purpose of this policy

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform site visitors” www.odone.eu ” (hereinafter the “Site”) on the conditions under which the law firm Odoné (hereinafter “the Firm”) collects and processes their personal data collected on the Site.

The following personal data may be collected by the Firm via the Site to allow users to plan an exchange or to subscribe to the Firm's newsletter:

  • email address,
  • information provided in the open field when making an appointment (subject of the request, details useful to the meeting)

4. Purposes of the treatment

Data is processed only for:

  • plan and organize the requested appointment,
  • communicate with the customer or the prospect before the appointment,
  • ensure the follow-up of the exchange when necessary and
  • send newsletters.

Data is not transferred to third parties.

5. Legal basis for processing

For making appointments, data collection is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, point b) of the GDPR.

6. Data recipients

The data is only accessible:

  • to the firm's lawyers and to the firm's non-lawyer staff,
  • to Calendly, acting as a subcontractor for the management of appointments.

7. Shelf life

The data collected as part of the appointment is kept for the time necessary to organize and follow up the appointment, then deleted by the Firm no later than six months after the last exchange, unless the person concerned becomes a client of the Firm, in which case the data collected will be processed by the Firm on the basis of the contract.

.The contact data collected to send the newsletter is kept for 3 years from the last contact or until the person concerned unsubscribes.

8. Data security

The Firm implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of data.

9. Rights of the persons concerned

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and the amended Data Protection Act, any person concerned has the following rights:

  • right of access to your data,
  • right to correction,
  • right to erasure,
  • right to the limitation of treatment,
  • right to object

The Firm undertakes to respond within one month of receiving the request.

If the Firm's response does not satisfy the person concerned, the person concerned has the right to file a complaint with the CNIL via the website www.cnil.fr.

10. Data transfers outside the European Union

Your personal data may be transferred to the United States where the head office of Calendly is located.

Calendly has taken the steps to respect the “Data Privacy Framework” and is on the list of self-certified organizations published by the U.S. Department of Commerce at the following address: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list.

11. Cookies

A “cookie” is a series of information, deposited and read when consulting a website.

The Site does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement cookies.
