Article 1 — Purpose

These general conditions are intended to govern the use of the site.” www.odone.eu ” (hereinafter the “Site”) by any Internet user.

By using the Site, the user accepts these terms of use.

Article 2 — Fair use

The user of the Site is prohibited from any act likely to alter or disrupt, in any way whatsoever, the normal functioning of the Site.

Likewise, any misuse of the information on the Site is prohibited.

Article 3 — Intellectual property

The user of the Site undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights inherent to the Site.

The texts, images and sounds of which the Site is composed are the exclusive property of the firm Odoné. The user of the Site is not authorized to reproduce or represent, in whole or in part, the Site or the elements that compose it, by any means whatsoever, for a fee or free of charge, without the prior written authorization of Odoné law firm.

Article 5 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Site and these terms of use are governed by French law and any dispute concerning them will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

Article 6 - Recourse to mediation
